Fireplace Backers

Today I got asked for photos of fireplace backers that I had made in the past, for a potential client. I had almost forgotten about making them 😊 even though I live with one of them every day in my own home. These were all fun and challenging to make and I love the permanence they have in someones home.  It would be exciting to get to do a project like this again.

7-7s

Moving forward on the 7-7s piece.
They are all formed now, and 3 are already wrapped with wire (4 to go).  Looking forward to doing the concrete work on these.  Still thinking about the mosaic work.  Not sure about colors and/or patterns.  Maybe flaming colors...

Old Mosaic Birdbaths

This birdbath was made by my husband and I about 13 years ago.  He has not done any mosaic work since, smile.

Another of my older birdbaths.  This one is solid, and is very heavy.

One of my favorites made using tiny tile (3/8" porcelain tiles).

Poppy Mosaic

Poppy Mosaic Table
I found this mosaic coffee table buried under boxes in an unfinished room in my home.  It is one of my first mosaic pieces made about 15 years ago.
